Keepeek - Items missing from search results

Problem

Items are missing from the search results. However, the search term corresponds to a value present in a field associated with the item in question.

Explanation

Vérifiez si les éléments concernés sont des éléments uniquement présents dans un panier ou dans un workflow (aucun dossier n'est indiqué dans la page de détail). Si c'est le cas, il est normal ne pas retrouver ces éléments dans les résultats de recherche car seuls,ceux présents dans les dossiers du plan de classement sont indexés par le moteur de recherche.

Si les éléments concernés sont bien présents dans des dossiers du plan de classement, merci de suivre les instructions suivantes :

1. Sign in to the application using a technical administrator account.

2. Open the Settings menu.

3. Click on Search.

4. Open the Indexing tab.

5. In the section Item indexing, click on Rebuild Index.

6. Refresh this page after a few minutes to see if the operation is complete.

   
   
   
   
   

7. Repeat the search using the previously searched term. If the item or items are still missing from the search results, please contact the support team by email specifying the key word(s) concerned, the sheet field and the items concerned.
