Keepeek - How to deactivate indexing for a specific field?

Issue

You wish values from one or several fields would no longer be indexed.

Explanation

Please follow these steps:

1. log in Keepeek with a functionnal administrator account.
2. Click on Settings, then on Media sheets, and select an item sheet that includes the fields in question.
3. In the Sheet fields tab, click on the Edit icon (pencil icon) at the right end of each line.
4. Uncheck the box Indexable and confirm with the Save button.
   
   
   
   
5. Repeat this process on the various fields you wish to exclude from the index.

You then need to go over the same process for every Media sheet in which the fields are present.
