How to change the displayed terms of use when downloading items?

Issue

You wish to add values from specific fields in the 'Terms of use' pop up but you do not know how to proceed.

Fix

To change the information displayed in this window, you must modify the corresponding fields' settings.

For example, if you wish to add the 'Rights end date' field in the window display, here is how to proceed:

1. Log in Keepeek with a functional administrator account.
2. Click on Settings, then Sheet fields, and click on the 'Rights end date' field. 
3. In the Description tab, open the Field role drop down menu and select the 'Indicate in the terms of use' value.
4. Click on the Save button.
