How to retrieve the ID of a basket, media, workflow, or board?
When communicating with Keepeek support, you may be asked to provide the ID of media, basket, workflow, or board affected by the issue. The trick to retrieving this ID is to locate it in the URL displayed when you browse.
For a media
When viewing a média in the keepeek backoffice, you will find the identifier in the displayed URL (in the screenshot below, id highlighted in blue in the address bar)
For a basket
When viewing a basket in the keepeek back office, you will find the identifier in the displayed URL (in the screenshot below, id highlighted in blue in the address bar):
For a board
When viewing a board in the keepeek back office, you will find the identifier in the displayed URL (in the screenshot below, id highlighted in blue in the address bar)
For a workflow
