A basket is untraceable
Issue
A basket is untraceable in the back office.
Fix
The basket may have been deactivated. To check, please follow these steps:
- In the Baskets menu, open the Status drop down menu and select the 'Deactivated' value
- Check if the basket you are looking for is among the displayed baskets.
If the basket is still not displayed, it means the basket has likely been deleted.
Unfortunately, no function exists to recover it.
