Keepeek - Impossible to change the item status from a basket

Issue

You wish to change the status for items inside a basket, by publishing them in a folder tree. Even though all mandatory fields have been filled, and you do have the publication rights on the corresponding folder, it does not seem possible.

Fix

It is possible the items might be 'orphans'. An orphan item is an item which does not belong to any folder from the folder tree.

To check, please follow these steps:

1. Log in the system with an administrator account
2. Click on the Settings menu, then on Recycle bin.
3. In the Status drop down list, select the 'Orphan' value, then click on Search.
   
   
   
   
4. If the items from your basket appear, drag and drop them inside a folder from the folder tree and change their status.
   
   

Should the problem still occur or if the items from your basket do not appear here, please get in touch with our support service, specifying the ID numbers from the corresponding items.
