How to download all the contents of a cart

Issue

You are unable to download all the contents of a cart containing numerous items in a single operation.

Fix

Firstly, ensure that the display of items in the cart is across multiple pages. The pages are indicated at the top right of the list of items.

If this is the case, you need to uncheck the "..selected items.." box before clicking on the download icon.

If the items in the cart are displayed on a single page and/or you still cannot download the contents of a cart, please contact the support service, indicating the actions taken and the link to the cart if it is shared.
