The basket gallery only displays the first 20 items

Issue

A gallery generated from a basket hosting more than 20 items, only displays the first 20 items.

Fix

If your solution is hosted on the Keepeek Cloud platform, please get in touch with our support service by email, with a link to the gallery in question.

If your solution is hosted on your own servers, please get in touch with your IT department so they can follow the steps bellow:

1. Log in with a tech admin account.
2. Click on Settings, then on Customization, and select the Technical properties tab.
3. Search the "MAX_MEDIA_IN_DYNAMIC_GALLERY" key in the field
4. Add 200 as the new value, for example and click on Save.
   
   
   
   
   

From now on, galleries generated from baskets will display up to 200 items.
