Remove a term suggested in a field with suggestions

Issue

When you fill a term in a field with suggestions, 'parasite' terms are suggested. You wish to remove those terms.

Fix

To remove those terms, follow these steps:

1. Log in with an administrator account.
2. Open the Settings menu, then click on Sheet fields and select the concerned field.
3. Click on the List options, then search for the concerned term(s) through the search box (type Enter to validate the search).
   
   
   
   
4. Delete the term with the bin icon and save.

5. Test the result by starting typing the term in the field, to check that it is no longer suggested. If the term is still present, please get in touch with the support service by writing an email specifying the concerned field with suggestion and the term you removed.
