A user receives an email containing a link to the back office

Issue

A user, belonging to a profile which should not be allowed access to the back office, receives an email containing a link to the Keepeek back office URL.

Fix

Check the access set-up for the user group. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Log in with an administrator account.
2. Click on the Settings menu then on Groups. 
3. Select the relevant user group.
4. In the Interface access tab, verify the state of the option Administration interface access.
   
   
   
   
5. If the box is checked, uncheck it. If it was not checked and that user from this group still receives emails containing a link to the back office, please get in touch with the support service specifying the name of the concerned group.
