Untraceable CSV or Excel report
Issue
A CSV or Excel report has been created but it is not available to any user.
Fix
Please follow these steps:
- Log in with an administrator account.
- Click on the Settings menu, then on Excel and CSV reports.
- Select the appropriate report and click on the Report fields tab
- Verify that there is at least one field there. If it is not the case, add at least one through the Add a field button.
- If at least one field is present or if no changes are visible and the report is still not available to users, please get in touch with the support service specifying the name of the concerned report.
