No thumbnails on the new image type items
Issue
The arrow icon remains displayed on thumbnails from one or several image type items.
Fix
First of all, please follow these steps:
- If the concerned items have been recently uploaded, wait a few minutes because the thumbnail generation may require a little delay
- Select the concerned items, click on the More menu and then on Regenerate thumbnails.
- If the thumbnails do not appear after a few minutes and if the application is hosted on the Keepeek Cloud Platform, please get in touch with our support service specifying the number of concerned items.
If the application is hosted on your own servers or on a third party's, please follow these steps:
- Log in with a technical administrator account and identify, on the preview thumbnail, the item dimensions.
- Multiply the height by the width to get the number of pixels for this item
- Log in with a technical administrator account. Your IT department should have this type of access.

Click on Settings, then on Customization, then on the Technical properties tab and fill in the following key: "LARGE_IMAGE_MILLION_PIXEL_LIMIT" in the field. Then, associate a value which will be superior to the number of pixels you found for the concerned item and confirm through the Save button.
- Select the concerned items, click on the More menu and on Regenerate thumbnails. If they still do not appear after a few minutes, please get in touch with the support service specifying that you followed the above process.
