No preview on new video type items
Issue
The arrow pictogram remains on thumbnails from one or several video type items.
Fix
First of all, it is important to point that video treatments can be more important than photo treatments for example. Generation delays may therefore be more important on average and are of course directly linked to the number of uploaded files and their sizes.
Should the issue remain present after a few minutes, please follow these steps:
- Select the corresponding items, click on the More menu, then Regenerate thumbnails images .
- If thumbnail still do not appear after a few minutes on the Keepeek Cloud platform, please get in touch with our support service specifying the corresponding item IDs.
If the application is hosted on your own servers or a third-party's, please follow these steps:
- Upload an image type file on the upload wall
- If a thumbnail appear on the new item, please get in touch with the support service specifying the corresponding video's ID.
- If a thumbnail is not generated, it is probably linked to the "dispatcher", the plug-in which processed the video previews and thumbnails. In this case, please get in touch with your IT department so they may restart services linked to the dispatcher on the server hosting Keepeek.
