You are experiencing display problems with the user portal in Internet Explorer (distorted background image, missing elements in the footer, poorly centered input fields, etc...).

Resolution

For Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

• Click on the Tools icon, then on Compatibility View Settings.

• Select the domain name associated with your portal and click on Delete, then Close.
