How to export thesaurus terms?

Only Business Administrators of the database and Managers – with document management rights over records and record fields – have access to the thesaurus term export feature in CSV format.

To do this, go to the Settings > Sheet Fields section and select the thesaurus field from which you want to export the values.

Open the field details and go to the Thesaurus Terms section.

By clicking on the hamburger menu next to the search field, the option 'Export <thesaurus name> hierarchy in CSV format' will appear.

Click on it to start the export. Once the system has prepared the CSV file, click on 'Your download link is ready.

The thesaurus is exported with each term's identifiers and hierarchy.
