Keepeek - Assigning labels to items

This feature makes it easier for you to select visuals.

There are two types of label in the application:

• general application labels, which are managed by administrators.
• basket’ or “workflow” labels, which are specific to each basket and workflow.

All members can create labels specific to the basket or workflow, assign them to items and remove them. However, to use general application labels in a folder, you must at least have write access to the folder(s) containing the selected items.

To assign labels to items :

1. Open the list of items of your choice (folder, basket, import wall, etc.).
2. Add labels :

• to an item:

1. Hover over the item of your choice and click on the label icon.
2. Tick the box for the labels you want to add.

• to one or more elements:

1. Select the items of your choice.
2. Click on the edit button.
3. Click Apply labels.
4. Tick the box for the labels you want to add.
5. Click Apply.

Close the labels window.

The labels are added to the thumbnail of the selected elements.
