Item statistics: Audience retention

Download a usage statistics report

Data for the current day is only available the following day to aggregate all corresponding information:

Information about items

  • Users
  • Groups
  • Folders

To view login statistics:

  1. Open the Settings menu.
  2. Click on Statistics. The login screen is displayed by default.
  3. Choose the time period of your choice.
  4. Click on Filter to refine the statistics by groups and interfaces. The content of the table can be downloaded in Excel format using the download button located just above.

To view item consultation statistics:

  1. Open the Settings menu.
  2. Click on Statistics.
  3. Open the Activities tab.
  4. Select Consultations.
  5. Choose the time period of your choice.
  6. Click on Filter to refine the statistics by groups, folders, and item cards. The content of the table can be downloaded in Excel format using the download button located just above.

You can view consultation, download, and audience retention statistics for an item by following these steps:

  1. Open the item of your choice.
  2. Open the Statistics menu.
  3. Select the desired statistics from the tab on the left: Consultations, Downloads, Audience retention.

This feature is reserved for application administrators and members of groups authorized for this module.

To view usage statistics:

  1. Open the Settings menu.
  2. Click on Statistics.
  3. Open the tab of your choice :
    • Global Distribution of Items: Displays items by type and status. If the application is hosted on our Cloud platform, the Storage Space section informs you of your quota consumption.
    • Evolution of Items Over Time: Gathers statistics related to account creations and logins. Use the Usage and Criteria filters above the graph to refine your monitoring.
    • Users: Displays statistics concerning users of the photo library. Use the Actions and Period filters above the graph to refine your monitoring.

 

 

Item Statistic: Audience Retention flechehaut.png

The "Audience Retention" tab indicates how long users watch your videos. It also allows you to understand when viewers stop watching your videos.

To access:

  1. Open the item of your choice.
  2. Open the Statistics menu.
  3. Select the "Audience Retention" tab on the left.

To download a usage statistics report:

  1. Open the Settings menu.
  2. Click on Statistics.
  3. Open the "Evolution of Items Over Time" tab.
  4. Conduct the search corresponding to your needs.
  5. Click on "Generate Report."
