Error when using image retouching

Issue

You selected the '... or edit the image' option when downloading. An error message is displayed when you click on Download.

Fix

Before clicking on the Download button, you need to click on the pencil icon to access the various retouching features offered by Keepeek.

In the Edit the image before export window, make the suitable changes, then click on Finish.

Click on the Download button to start the file generation.
