Published items are not visible on the user portal
Issue
Items, who appear with a published status and are present in a folder from the folder tree, are not displayed on the user portal.However, your user account does have reading rights on the corresponding folder.
Solution
Please follow these steps:
- Log on with an administrator account.
- Click on the Settings menu then in the User portal section, on the right portal
- In the Mosaics tab, verify whether the "Enable folder display" is activated or not, on the corresponding folder. This option's activation depends on the existence of subfolders:

- If your items are present in subfolders, this option must be activated.
- If your items are present directly in the parent folder, this option must be deactivated.
If after you followed this process, the published items are still not visible, please get in touch with our support service and specify the verification you made.
