How to Retrieve SSO Login Logs (Auto-login Button) ?
When you experience an issue with SSO authentication, it is very important to retrieve network traces. This allows us to analyze the problem and facilitates support handling. Here’s how to proceed based on your browser.
Google Chrome

Open Google Chrome and go to the login page.

Press
F12
or right-click on the page and select Inspect. -
In the Network tab, check the Preserve log option.

Reload the page using
F5
. -
Try to log in.

Once the error occurs, click the Export HAR button (down arrow or right-click > Save as HAR with content).

Save the file and send it to our support team.
Mozilla Firefox

Open Mozilla Firefox and go to the login page.

Press
F12
or right-click and select Inspect. -
Go to the Network tab.

Enable Persist Logs.

Reload the page using
F5
. -
Try to log in.

Once the error appears, click Export as HAR and save the file.

Send the file to our support team.
Safari (MacOS)

Open Safari and go to the login page.

Enable the Developer menu if it is not already activated:

Go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced.

Check Show Develop menu in the menu bar.

In the Develop menu, open Web Inspector.

Go to the Network tab.

Reload the page using
Cmd + R

Try to log in.

Right-click on the list and choose Export HAR.

Send the file to our support team.
Microsoft Edge / Internet Explorer

Open Edge or Internet Explorer and go to the login page.

to open the developer tools. -
Navigate to the Network tab.

Enable Preserve logs.

Try to log in.
