Keepeek - Adding an annotation to a visual

This functionality is available in workflows and baskets and only for the "image" and "other" element types.

To help you select items in collaboration with other members, it can be useful to annotate a specific area of the visual.

To add an annotation to a visual :

1. Open the basket or workflow of your choice.
2. Hover over the item of your choice and click on the comment icon.
3. Click on the annotation icon to the right of the preview.
4. Define the zone of your choice.
5. Enter the text you want.
6. Click Annotate.

The annotation is visible and can be modified by all basket members or users involved in the workflow.
