Keepeek - Processing a Workflow Step
At each step transition, an alert email is sent to the new step's assignees with a direct link to the workflow. It is also accessible from the workflow menu.
To process a workflow step:
Method 1:
- Click on the link sent by email.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Confirm your action. You can:
- Return to the previous step:
- Click on "Return to the previous step."
- Enter the message for the previous step's assignee and, if needed, set a due date.
- Click "Send."
- Move to the next step:
- Click on "Move to the next step."
- Enter the message for the next step's assignee and, if needed, set a due date.
- Click "Send."
- Close the workflow:
- Click "Close." A pop-up will appear, asking for confirmation.
- Click "Close."
- Return to the previous step:
Method 2:
- Open the Workflows menu.
- Select the workflow of your choice.
- Click on "Steps" in the left panel of the screen.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Confirm your action. You can:
- Return to the previous step:
- Click on "Return to the previous step."
- Enter the message for the previous step's assignee and, if needed, set a due date.
- Click "Send."
- Move to the next step:
- Click on "Move to the next step."
- Enter the message for the next step's assignee and, if needed, set a due date.
- Click "Send."
- Close the workflow:
- Click "Close." A pop-up will appear, asking for confirmation.
- Click "Close."
- Return to the previous step:
The workflow becomes visible only to its creator and the assignees of the current step.
