Use the link to an item thumbnail

The link to the thumbnail of an element makes it easier to use the visuals on any web medium external to the application:

• Internet site
• intranet
• e-commerce site
• business applications, etc.

The thumbnails correspond to all the files generated by the application: thumbnails of lists of items and viewing formats proposed on the details page (for videos, sounds and documents).

You can use the link without having to worry about storing the file or updating it if the item is modified.

To use the link to the thumbnail of an item :

1. Open the list of items of your choice (folder, basket, import wall, etc.).
2. Open the item of your choice.
3. Open the Broadcast menu.
4. Open the Links to thumbnails tab.
5. Copy the link of your choice. The original file is also available if the user has the necessary rights.

The thumbnail is available even if the item is archived or trashed.
