Keepeek - Deactivate public sharing of an item

You can manually or automatically deactivate the public sharing of an item. The expiry date allows you to automatically deactivate the public sharing of an item on the date of your choice.

To deactivate public sharing of an item :

1. Open the list of items of your choice (folder, basket, import wall, etc.).
2. Open the item of your choice.
3. Open the Broadcast menu.
4. Deactivate public sharing :

• manually by clicking on the Activate public sharing switch if it is activated.
• automatically by choosing an expiry date.

1. Check the Automatically deactivate box.
2. Click on the calendar.
3. Choose the expiry date of your choice.

Once the date has passed, all links and integrations in web pages will be inaccessible.
