Keepeek - Enable public sharing of an item

Sharing an item publicly allows you to use your items outside Keepeek. You can :

• Allow a partner to view an item (with or without download rights).
• Integrate a video or document into your website with its own dedicated player.

To activate public sharing of an item :

1. Open the list of items of your choice (folder, basket, import wall, etc.).
2. Open the item of your choice.
3. Open the Broadcast menu.
4. Click the Activate public sharing switch if it is not activated. You can :

• Enter the expiry date for public sharing if you want to deactivate it automatically.
• Protect public sharing with an access code if required.

Public sharing is activated.

You can copy and share the links and HTML code available to you.
