Keepeek - Create a classification request
The filing request allows you to entrust the filing of a selection of items to managers. They can then check the indexing of the items and move them to a folder in the filing plan.
To create a filing request:
- Open the Import Wall menu.
- Select the items of your choice.
- Click on the folder button at the top left.
- Fill in the form.
- Click on Send.
The items will disappear from your import wall and the person(s) responsible will be notified of your request.
