Remove items from a folder
This feature requires write access to the folder(s) containing the selected items.
To remove items from a folder :
- Hover over the search menu and click on File Plan.
- Deactivate the Show items from subfolders switch if applicable.
- Select the folder of your choice.
- Select the item(s) of your choice.
- Click on More.
- Click Remove from folder.
- A pop-up window appears asking you for confirmation.
- Click on Delete or Remove. The Remove button is displayed if the item belongs to more than one folder.
Items removed from the folder which does not belong to any other folder will be moved to the recycle bin. If they belong to more than one folder, they will remain in the other folders.
