Issue
You have issued an email from the application (basket share, media dispatch by email, etc.) but the recipient did not get it.
Fix
If this only concerns one recipient, please verify the address on the form you sent or in the user account properties. Also make sure the email has not been identified as spam in the user's inbox or on the mail server (check with your IT department or IT service provider). If the issue stands, please get in touch with our support team and specify the email recipient and the day and time of the email you sent.
Should the issue concerns all users, please get in touch with our support team and give us a specific example (one or several email recipients,day and time of the email you sent).
