Elements do not appear on the broadcast site

Problem

Items in folders in the classification plan do not appear on the distribution site.

Resolution

First, check that the item has a "Published" status and that the user has at least read rights on the folder(s) to which the item belongs.

Also check the history of the item. If the last action was the addition in a folder. Modify a field in the record to force the search engine to index it.

If the item still does not appear on the distribution site, please contact the support service, specifying the item numbers concerned.
