Error when downloading an export format with watermark
Issue
An error occurs when downloading an export format with watermark.
Fix
Follow the following steps:
- Login in the application with an administrator account.
- Open the Settings menu, then click on Formats and on the format in question.
- Select the Watermark tab, and verify that the 'Embed an image watermark' is ticked.
- Note the items's ID displayed in the corresponding field.
- Verify that the item still exists: enter the item's URL in your browser, following this pattern https://myspace.keepeek.com/#/media?id=XXXX (replace the XXXX characters by the item's ID) by logging in the application with an administrator account. If the page displayed is the homepage and not the item's detail page, the item must have been deleted from the application. You can therefore remove its ID from the Media ID number field in the Watermark tab and maybe replace it by the ID from an exisiting item.
If despite these actions, an error still occurs when you try to download items using this format, please get in touch with our support service, specifying the download format and the item number indicated as watermark.
