Your selection exceeds the 50-item limit

Problem

When downloading using a custom format, the message "Warning: your selection exceeds the 50 item limit..." appears.

Explanation / Solution

This message means that your selection has exceeded the 50-item limit set for your keepeek application. An email containing a link to the requested files will consequently be sent to you.

If you wish to change this limit, follow these instructions:

• If your application is hosted on the Cloud platform, please get in touch with us at support@keepeek.com. 
• If the application is hosted on your own servers or that of a third-party hosting provider:

1. Sign in to the application using a technical administrator account
2. Click on Settings> Customization and select the Technical Properties tab.
3. Search for the key "DIRECT_EXPORT_NUMBER_LIMIT" in the field provided.
4. Put the value 100, for example, and click on Save.
   
   

From now on, it will be possible to directly download up to 100 elements via a custom format.
