Impossible to publish items

Issue

From the upload wall, you are unable to publish items. The following message is displayed.

Fix

The Published status is only available from the folders. The upload wall being specific to each user, it is mandatory to place the items in the folder tree in order to change the status to Published.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Open the selected items in the Editing tabto check that all mandatory fields are filled.
2. Select the items and drag and drop them inside the appropriate folder.
3. Choose the appropriate status in the displayed window.
