Some users do not see all the items from a folder
Issue
You do not understand why items are not displayed in the folders for specific user accounts.
Fix
The items status have an impact on who can see them. First verify the user rights on the corresponding folders by relying on the table below:

To sum up this table, a user with reading and/or download rights only sees the published items. Items which have a draft or archived status require writing rights to be seen.
