A message "Your storage space is full" is displayed when you try to upload
Issue
During a file import, the following message appears.
"Your storage space is full. Please contact your account manager if you wish to increase your storage space."
Explanation
This message is straightforward.
Before contacting your account manager for an increase in your quota, you can check the number of items in the trash for potential cleanup (only administrators have access).
If this number is significant, you can delete these items if they are no longer needed to free up storage space.
Finally, you can monitor the free and/or used space by following these steps:
- Log in with a functional administrator account for the application.
- Click on the Settings menu, then on Statistics.
- In the Global Distribution of Items tab, you can view this data on the Storage Space graph.
