The ID or password are incorrect

Issue

The message "Wrong login or password" is displayed when you try to log on the administration interface.

Fix

If you cannot find your password, please click on the Forgot your password? link. Fill the email adress associated to your account and click on Send.

You will then receive an email with a link to reinitialize your password.

If you do not remember the email address associated with your user account, please get in touch with an administrator so they can provide this information. The admin may also manually recreate a new password for you.
