Visitor access no longer works on the user portal
Issue
On a user portal, the visitor access no longer works and you remain on the authentication page.
Fix
It is probable the user account from the 'Visitor' group has been deleted. To check, please follow these steps:
- Log in the Keepeek back office with an admin account.
- Click on the Settings menu, then on Groups and select the visitor group in the displayed list.
- The number of associated user(s) is indicated under the group name visible in red. If no user is present in this group, it is necessary to create a user and associate it to this group.
If you still notice the problem after you associate a user to this 'Visitor' group, please get in touch with our support center explaining that you followed the process above.
