Viewing a document as an image

Some PDF documents can take a long time to load into the document viewer. This is particularly the case for documents containing a large number of layers.

To remedy this and optimise their visibility, you can view a capture of the first page.

To view the first page of a document as an image :

1. Open the list of items of your choice (folder, basket, import wall, etc.).
2. Open the item of your choice.
3. Open the Preview menu.
4. Click View as image. To return to the document viewer, click View Reader (xx pages).

The display mode is saved in your user preferences so that it is loaded by default the next time you view a document.
