Remove labels from items
There are two types of label in the application:
- general application labels, which are managed by administrators.
- basket’ or “workflow” labels, which are specific to each basket and workflow.
All members can create labels specific to the basket or workflow, assign them to items and remove them. However, to use general application labels in a folder, you must at least have write access to the folder(s) containing the selected items.
To remove labels from items :
- Open the list of items of your choice (folder, basket, import wall, etc.).
- Remove labels from :
- from an item:
- Hover over the item of your choice and click on the label icon.
- Uncheck the box for the labels you want to remove.
- from one or more items:
- Select the items of your choice.
- Click on the edit button.
- Click on Apply labels.
- Uncheck the box for the labels to be removed.
- Click Apply.
- Close the labels window.
The labels are removed from the thumbnail of the selected elements.
